November newsletter
The temperature may have cooled off outside, but things are definitely still hot at Scrapbook 911. We continue to have new product arriving, and have more papers, embellishments and tools than we have ever had before. In fact, our biggest problem lately is where to put it all.
To help free up some space, to celebrate that we have been open for FIVE YEARS, and to say THANK YOU for making Scrapbook 911 San Antonio’s favorite scrapbook store, we are holding our biggest sale ever!!
On Saturday, November 7th, between 9:00 am and midnight, Everything is 35% off!!!
(Well almost everything, gift cards, kits and clearance items are not included.)
The class calendar is full of great gift ideas this month. Tami, Jennie, Carrie, Jeanette and Charlotte have some fantastic projects. Just click here to see the calendar. We have an upcoming class taught by Carrie Avery. Lots of you have asked for a soldering class. She is a pro at soldering and will show you how to use your soldering stuff to make teacher gifts, christmas gifts, etc.

We are having a Guest Instructor, Debby Schuh, coming to our store, Scrapbook 911, on Dec 7th.

Where have you been? Where do you want to go? Whether our travels take us to an exotic locale or just down the road, we need someplace to keep all the treasures we collect along the way. In this handmade 11X9 album we'll find a home for the photos and memorabilia you already have or be ready for the next trip! This album would also be a perfect gift for someone starting out on a new venture.
As a Ranger Certified Instructor, Debby will teach us how to transform a plain gray piece of Grungepaper into a foux leather album cover. With her usual creative mix of product and unique pockets and paper folds, we'll create an album full of fun and imaginative elements. We'll use the fabulous new tool, 7 gypsies Binderie punch to assemble pages, pockets, bags, tags, and different size page protectors in the album. We'll be using a combination of the very latest products from October Afternoon, 7 gypsies, American Crafts, Advantus, Bazzill Basics, may Arts, and Ranger Industries.
Supplies for students to bring to class:
12" paper trimmer, ruler, pencil, scissors, Ranger Ink Blending tool, Non-stick Craft Mat, Distress Ink Stamp Pad: Vintage Photo, tape runner adhesive, Crop a dile, stapler or Tiny Attacher, foam squares, Sand paper or edge distressor, apron or old shirt to cover clothes while painting. Optional: Binderie punch, decorative border punch, craft knife.
