Debby Schuh Class pictures and descriptions

Debbie Schuh Class Pictures and descriptions
Pennies from Heaven

Pennies from Heaven Album Class
Class Description: 2010 promises to be a year full of adventures and challenges. A few years ago I wanted to change my attitude about the year ahead, so I decided to scrapbook the wonderful things that were going to happen to me that year. My whole outlook changed and made the year an adventure as both big and small events became "wonderful things" to be recorded in my album.
The song, "Pennies From Heaven" inspired the new album I'll be using this year. I'm going to be recording the "pennies" that are sent to me from Heaven to help me see all the good things that are happening. By looking at the encouraging reminders I'll record in my new album, the year won't pass by in a blur and little things will gain significance because I will be more aware and will be looking for those "pennies." (Some students already know what "pennies from heaven" means to me from reading my blog, but if you don't I'll tell you in class!) The theme can easily be changed to any kind of photo journal you'd like to have.
Not only will the album have a significant purpose, it will also be filled with inovative techniques and wonderful products from 7 gypsies. We'll make our own album using the Binderie punch with sections for each month of the year:a nostalgic assemblage of pockets (12 different ones...a different pocket for every month of the year!), overlays, papers and bits of this and that.
Student supply list: Please bring the following items to class: Binderie punch, 12" paper trimmer, tape runner adhesive, scissors, ruler, pencil, scoring tool, glue dots, sanding block, tiny attacher stapler, vintage photo distress ink, ink blending tool, craft mat, acrylic block for stamping, jet black archival ink pad, quick drying liquid glue.
Class time February 19th Friday night 6:30-9:30 pm

The Anthropologie Album Voyages

Class description: Back again, with all new products and ideas, is my most requested class: the Anthropologie bag album. We love the inspriring store, so it's only natural that our imaginations would be sparked as we take their bag and make it into a fresh, quirky new album! We'll take the bag apart and put it back together again with fabulous products from Graphic 45, October Afternoon, American Crafts, 7 gypsies, Bazzill Basics, the office supply store, and more. Your album will be an exciting hodge-podge of sizes, textures, and techniques to hold all your travel photos and memorabilia (even in a suitcase that opens in the album) This album really comes to life when you add your photos, postcards, tickets, and all the fun stuff you gather on your trip!

Student supply list: Please bring the following items to class: Binderie punch, 12" paper trimmer, scissors, ruler, pencil, dry tape runner, glue stick, red line tacky tape, vintage photo distress ink, ink blending tool, craft mat, tiny attacher stapler, sanding block, crop a dile, scoring tool.

Class time: February 20th Saturday 10:00-1 pm

Birds of a Feather: A 7 gypsies Photo Tray

Class description: The new 7 gypsies Photo Tray is one of the hottest new products to come along in years and presents unlimited possibilities for our creativity! We'll transform each of the six sections of the tray with a mix of products, techniques that you'll be able to transfer to any of your other paper craft projects using stamps, paint, paper, and trinkets galore. From creating a removable mini book to making our own 3-D embellishments, we'll learn to think "outside the box." You'll receive all the products shown in the sample to make your project just mine but with lots of extras to make it your own.

Student supply list: Please bring the following items to class: 12" paper trimmer, tape runner adhesive, red line tacky tape adhesive (narrow), foam squares, crop a dile, ruler, pencil, scissors, vintage photo distress ink, ink blending tool, craft mat, sanding block, tiny attacher stapler, decorative border punch (fiskars apron strings)

Class Time: February 20th Saturday from 2:30-5:30 pm

Call and make your reservations for these classes before they fill up. We already have several people signed up for these awesome classes. C-Ya there.

We are having a baby at the Scrapbook store

We are having a baby at Scrapbook 911. Well hopefully not at the store but at the hospital. LOL Angela is having a baby. We want to throw her a baby shower for her before the baby (BOY aka Jacob) comes or before she gets on bed rest. So for that being said, we are going to have a Baby Shower for her on a Friday night crop on January 29th. You don't have to be signed up to stop by and get a piece of cake or leave her a gift. If you are not able to make it and want to get her something just stop by the store and give it to me and I will hold it for her and give it to her at her party. So the date is January 29th Friday starts about 7 pm. We have room at the crop if you want to stay and crop. Please rsvp to me so i can know how much to get. joutterson@satx.rr.com. Hope to see you. I will have her registry soon and add it on for you to view. If anyone has any questions please email me.
Eta: Angela gave me one of her registeries at:
She will also be registering at babies R Us also. When that is done I will let you know.

Debby Schuh just loves us
